Bryan C. Keathley is the President of Safe Harbor Benefits. As president, he guides the vision of what Safe Harbor Benefits can be. That vision is client-focused to provide innovative and creative solutions for groups and individuals who need meaningful, affordable insurance solutions. His passion for personalized insurance consulting and networking with other insurance professionals on behalf of clients was the driving force that started Safe Harbor Benefits over 15 years ago. His energy and passion still guide the company today. Bryan’s entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a genuine interest in others, creates a united team attitude that is client focused.
Bryan concentrates on networking, community activities, financial planning for individuals and groups, and servicing new and existing group clients. He understands how his self-employed clients need to be cost-conscious when securing insurance protection for themselves or their families. Bryan recently completed training in alternate health plan designs such as Health Savings Accounts (H.S.A.s), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), and self-funding. He successfully passed the examination process making him a Chartered Benefits Consultant (CBC). Bryan holds many licenses with the State of Texas to better ensure that he can meet the specific agendas of each client. His licenses include Life & Health, Property & Casualty, Real Estate Broker, Series 6 & 7 License.
He is a member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and the North Arlington Rotary Club, Fort Worth Association of Health Underwriters, and the National Association of Health Underwriters. He also served on the Economic Development Advisory Committee from 2005 - 2007.
Bryan resides in Arlington, Texas, with his wife and two children.

Victoria joined Safe Harbor Benefits in 2005 and is the Property & Casualty Manager of Safe Harbor Benefits. She focuses on assisting new and existing commercial property and liability clients evaluate their insurance needs to identify the appropriate coverage for the most reasonable cost. She has been in the insurance industry for ten years with a background in both personal and business insurance. Her previous experience includes assessing the exposures and risks for small and mid-sized businesses and assisting secure the appropriate lines of coverage, including general liability, professional liability, workers’ compensation, and more. She also serves as a Director of Operation for our office handling various management tasks.
Victoria holds her Property & Casualty and her Life & Health licenses from the State of Texas. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Independent Insurance Agents of Tarrant County since 2005 and is currently President. Victoria is also a committee member of IIATC’s Young Agents Organization, Treasurer for Insurance Women of the Metroplex, a member of the Federation of Insurance Women of Texas and a graduate of the 2006-2007 Leadership Arlington class. She is also pursuing the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor.
Victoria resides in Arlington, Texas, with her husband and their dog, Sadie.

Beverly Hernandez joined the Safe Harbor Benefits team in June 2008. She has previous experience with a managing general agency working with homeowner’s, dwelling fire and Farm and Ranch policies. Beverly has a Property & Casualty license from the State of Texas and is a valuable asset to the Safe Harbor Benefits Team. Over the past two years, Beverly has attended numerous classes on home and auto insurance and has helped many of our clients save money while improving their insurance coverage. She previously worked with a local company helping Metroplex and surrounding area schools with fundraising efforts.
Beverly has three children and currently resides in Arlington. She has been actively involved as a volunteer with her children’s schools since 1992. The last five years she volunteered with Grand Prairie High School JROTC as Treasurer and President and received a Presidential Award for completing over 4,000 volunteer hours.
Stormie Partee joined Safe Harbor Benefits, Inc. in March 2011, working alongside Victoria Weir as a Customer Service Representative and Account Manager in the Commercial Property & Casualty department. Her focus is assisting existing commercial lines clients and maintaining an excellent agent-client relationship through frequent communication and friendly customer service. Stormie was previously employed by an insurance brokerage in Dallas, TX working as an account manager in the commercial lines department and serviced a book of business that included construction, oil and gas, trucking and other businesses.
Stormie received her Property and Casualty license from the State of Texas in 2006 and was designated as a member of the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) in 2008. She plans on working toward the professional designation of Certified Risk Manager soon.
Stormie attended the University of North Texas where she studied Risk Management and Insurance. She currently resides in Fort Worth, TX with her husband, Adam, and son, Graham.
Alicia, our individual client care specialist, joined our team in October 2006. Alicia's primary focus with Safe Harbor Benefits is to provide personal health, dental and life insurance to individual clients while providing excellent customer service. She is well versed in the health insurance options available such as Health Savings Account-compatible plans and works on both the sales and customer services sides of the company. Alicia has a strong background in customer service and is dedicated to providing quality options based on every individual's needs and budget.
Alicia currently attends The University of Texas at Arlington where she is majoring in accounting and lives in Fort Worth, Texas.
Julissa joins the Safe Harbor Team as a Group Life & Health Account Manager bringing nine years of experience in the group health and ancillary industry. Her product knowledge includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans. She has worked in all areas of the group benefits process from quoting new business, processing renewals, keeping up with plan changes, and more. Julissa also has experience with bilingual enrollment meetings. She makes customer services a priority and is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients.
Julissa resides in Fort Worth, Texas.
Lytia joined the Safe Harbor Benefits Team in November 2010 and has worked in the insurance industry since 2003. Lytia has a wealth of insurance experience expanding from quality control to customer service to sales and consulting. She has managed employee benefit accounts ranging from small groups up to groups of 8,000 employees. She also spent a number of years counseling Medicare members on their insurance options; a unique talent she adds to Safe Harbor. Lytia prides herself on her ability to communicate and counsel employers and individuals on their options, and make suggestions based on their particular situation.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Lytia volunteers with the schools her children attend and is involved in their extracurricular activities.
Her hometown is San Antonio but she now resides in Mansfield, Texas with her husband and four children.
As Safe Harbor Center’s Building Manager, Laura is responsible for managing tenants, taking care of building issues, and making sure everything runs smoothly at Safe Harbor Center. Laura is also an administrative assistant for Bryan Keathley, allowing him to have more time to focus on our clients. Laura’s previous experience includes Human Resources, Customer Service, and owning her own business for five years. Laura’s team attitude and professionalism make her a great asset to our company.
Laura is on the PTO Board of her daughter’s school and is involved with CATS Theatre. She resides in Arlington, Texas, with her husband and two children.
