Bryan
C. Keathley is the President of Safe Harbor Benefits. As president, he
guides the vision of what Safe Harbor Benefits can be. That vision is
client-focused to provide innovative and creative solutions for groups and
individuals who need meaningful, affordable insurance solutions. His passion
for personalized insurance consulting and networking with other insurance
professionals on behalf of clients was the driving force that started Safe
Harbor Benefits over 10 years ago. His energy and passion still guide the
company today. Bryan’s entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a genuine
interest in others, creates a united team attitude that is client focused.
Bryan concentrates on networking, community activities,
financial planning for individuals and groups, and servicing new and existing
group clients. He understands how his self-employed clients need to be cost-conscious when securing insurance protection for themselves or their
families. Bryan recently completed training in alternate health plan designs
such as Health Savings Accounts (H.S.A.s), Health Reimbursement
Arrangements (HRAs), and self-funding. He successfully passed the
examination process making him a Chartered Benefits Consultant (CBC). Bryan
holds many licenses with the State of Texas to better ensure that he can
meet the specific agendas of each client. His licenses include Life &
Health, Property & Casualty, Real Estate Broker, Series 6 & 7 License. Bryan
has dedicated his career to helping self-employed individuals and others
whose employers are not able to provide insurance, reach their insurance and
retirement goals.
He is a member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and the
North Arlington Rotary Club, Fort Worth Association of Health Underwriters,
Fort Worth Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and the National
Association of Health Underwriters.
In 2005, Bryan was invited by the Arlington City
Council to serve on their Economic Development Advisory Committee
for two years.
Bryan resides in Arlington, Texas, with his wife and two
children.

Gentrie
As
the Director of Operations at Safe Harbor Benefits, Gentrie brings nine
years of insurance-related experience to the company. She focuses on
managing the staff for the individual lines such as health, auto, home,
Medicare supplement, long term care, and life insurance. Gentrie oversees
our own HR department from the payroll, to interviewing, to new hire
paperwork, creating our handbook, to signing our employees up on the
insurance to terminating employees. This gives her insight into the HR needs
of our clients.
She is involved in creating and growing relationships with potential group
clients by educating them and presenting their options for employee benefits
(health, dental, vision, life, disability, supplemental plans). Gentrie also
services existing group accounts by working with our groups clients' HR
managers, insurance coordinators, owners, and employees. She coordinates and
implements group presentations and enrollments (both paper and online) size
2-850.
Gentrie joined Safe Harbor Benefits in 2000. Prior to Safe Harbor, she held
the positions of Client Service Management and Policy Administrator for a
major insurance carrier. Her previous experience entailed helping clients
compare insurance products and plans to help them find the best fit for
their budget and insurance needs.
Gentrie attended the University of Texas at Arlington and graduated cum
laude in 2001. She has her Life & Health and Property & Casualty Insurance
Licenses from the State of Texas. Gentrie has been involved with the
Arlington community as the president of the Circle K community service
organization, Arlington Life Shelter, Mission Arlington, and has implemented
fundraisers for multiple community-oriented projects.
She is a member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce Young Professional’s
Association and actively serves on the board of FWAHU as communication chair
to help educate and learn with those in our industry.
Gentrie is a CSA (Certified Senior Advisor) and says, “The CSA designation
has helped me know as much as possible about how to serve seniors and
succeed in making an important and positive difference in seniors’ lives. As
a CSA I understand that getting older is an individual experience – a time
to be savored, not feared.”

VICTORIA MORRIS, Property & Casualty Insurance Manager for

joined Safe Harbor Benefits as our Property and Casualty Specialist in 2005
and manages the Property and Casualty Department. She assists new and
existing clients evaluate their insurance needs to find the appropriate
coverage for the most reasonable cost. She joins us from a local insurance
agency with a background in both personal and business insurance. Her
previous experience includes assessing the exposures and risks for small and
mid-sized businesses and assisting them with their insurance needs,
including general liability, professional liability, workers’ compensation,
loss of income insurance, and more.
She has also spent time helping individuals select the appropriate personal
policies, such as auto insurance, homeowner's insurance, and personal
umbrellas. Her experience in evaluating personal and business-related risks
gives her the ability to continue our goal of protecting the clients of Safe
Harbor Benefits.
Victoria holds her Property & Casualty and her Life & Health licenses from
the State of Texas . She is currently on the Board of Directors as an
Officer for the Independent Insurance Agents of Tarrant County and serves as
the Vice President – Membership Chairman. Victoria is also a member IIATC’s
Young Agents Organization, Liaison for IIATC’s Scholarship Committee, a
graduate of the 2006-2007 Leadership Arlington class, a member of the Adult
Training Committee for Leadership Arlington, and a member of the Arlington
Chamber of Commerce Young Agents Council.

Beverly Hernandez joined the Safe Harbor Benefits
team in June 2008. She has previous experience with a managing
general agency working with homeowner’s, dwelling fire and Farm and
Ranch policies. Beverly has a Property & Casualty license from the
State of Texas , and is a valuable asset to the Safe Harbor Benefits
Team. She previously worked with a local company helping Metroplex
and surrounding area schools fundraising efforts.
Beverly has three children and currently resides in
Grand Prairie. She has been actively involved as a volunteer with
the Grand Prairie school district since 1992. The last five years
she volunteered with Grand Prairie High School JROTC as Treasurer
and President and received a Presidential Award for completing over
4,000 volunteer hours.

Alicia,
our individual client care specialist, joined our team in October
2006. Alicia's primary focus with Safe Harbor Benefits is to provide
personal health and auto insurance to individual clients while
providing excellent customer service. She works on both the sales
and customer services sides of the company. Alicia has a strong
background in customer service and is dedicated to providing quality
options based on every individual's needs and budget.
Alicia currently attends The University of Texas at
Arlington where she is majoring in finance.

Jennifer
is our Group Life & Health Sales & Service Specialist; she joined
our team in July 2008. Jennifer graduated from Weatherford College
with her Associates Degree in Micro-Computers. While attending
college she was on the Dean’s List for 2 years in a row and was
included in Who’s Who of Junior Colleges.
Jennifer was introduced into the insurance business
in 2004 when she worked at a general agent’s office in the broker
service department processing renewals, new business submission,
enrollments, claims, as well as running monthly reports and
maintaining their database to help in the sales department.
Jennifer's primary focus with Safe Harbor Benefits
is to work with new and existing group clients and provide excellent
customer service. She has a strong background in insurance servicing
and is eager to venture into sales and building client relationships
with more face-to-face contact with prospective clients while
maintaining strong relationships with current clients. She is
dedicated to providing quality options based on every client’s needs
and budget.
Jennifer resides in Granbury, Texas, with her
husband.

As Director of Technology, Bob oversees our computer
network, individual computers, software and phone system. He is an
electrical engineer with more than twenty years experience in the computer
industry. His past experience includes supporting more than three hundred
field sales reps and managing a technical support department for a major
software publisher. Along with overseeing the technology used at Safe Harbor
Benefits, Bob owns a technology services company located in Arlington.
